Rollers
We supply belt conveyor rollers manufactured according to our own designs and quality control. We supply rollers which can be adapted to any kind of conveyor and have a large stock of rollers as per the dimensions of standard DIN 22107.
Features
| Tube | Our rollers are always made out of a welded S-235-JR steel tube in compliance with EN-10025-2 and thickness according to ISO-1129.. |
| Bearings box | Obtained by stamping. Bearing adjustment tolerance according to ISO N-7. |
| Shaft | Mechanized steel according to DIN-15207. Bearing adjustment tolerance according to ISO JS-6. |
| Bearings | Fitted with rigid ball bearings and oiled “for life”. |
| Sealing | We use labyrinth-type protection barriers to prevent external aggressive agents (water, dust, etc.) from coming into contact with the bearings. |
| Finishing | Rollers are supplied with a zinc finishing which protects them from corrosion. |
