Bela Services, algerian company dedicated to concrete manufacturing with more than 3 sites, concerned about its production quality has engaged MININGLAND for a crushing station to produce aggregates which will be consumed in this activity.
Bela Services buys in a neighbour quarry essentially ballast or another kind of excess grading and is processed in the station provided by MININGLAND for the production of aggregates.
The station consist on:
- Receiving hopper 30 m3
- Vibrating feeder VF-250
- Metal detector MD-800
- Vertical shaft Crusher VSI-1000-EY with a 250 Kw engine
- Vibrating screen 15 m3 VS-147-IV
- Feeding and collecting conveyors
The final production is 200 Tn/h with de next products and approximatly percentages:
- 0-4 mm – 50%
- 0-8 mm – 15%
- 8-15 mm – 22%
- 15-25 mm – 13%
The cubicity of obtained products is excellent and the capacity and quality of the sand is flawless.
