For one of the greater quarries of Algeria and with the aim of removing production surpluses and make quality sand with controlled filler coefficient we have supplied a turnkey installation.   

The production capacity is 100Tn/h of 0-4 mm sand made with our vertical shaft crusher with open rotor VSI-1000-EY. 

The sand is classified in a high frecuency screen VSF-54-II and collected in a 200m³ capacity silo for truck loading.

The installation is fully enclosed and equipped with a oversized sleeve filter to reduce filler percentage in sand.
